Maddy sends Lions crashing to defeat

Darren Maddy, one presumed, was an experienced opening batsman. How effective a bowler he can became known this evening when he halted Chandigarh Lions in their tracks as the latter were inching towards a possible victory. With the gentle medium pace, Maddy wrecked his rivals with a four-wicket burst, sending them crashing to a 43-run defeat in the ICL Twenty20 match at Tau Devi Lal stadium on Sunday.
